Business Park

Annapolis Junction Business Park is anticipated to deliver 2.3 million square feet upon completion of the Park. Phase I, in a Joint Venture between Boston Properties and Konterra Realty, will deliver three buildings totaling 420,000 sf. Building One, a four story, 120,000 sf building, delivered in June 2008, is anticipated to be a LEED Gold building.

Building Two has been designed as a five story, 150,000 sf building and is also anticipated to be a LEED Gold Building.
