123,000 sf Class A office building. The
building is unique in its inherent design components which provide the flexibility
to accommodate the requirements of secure or non-secure users. 8193
Dorsey Run Road, delivering in Fall
of 2011, is a development project by Konterra Realty and Boston Properties,
designed by Powers Brown Architecture and constructed by Harvey-Cleary
Builders. The design team focused on the
principles of sustainability and technology to effectively design a premier
work environment for the targeted tenant profile. Some distinguishing characteristics of the
