Office Building 2 is fully designed as a 5-story 150,000 square foot Class A office Building.  A number of distinguishing features of Building Two are as follows: 

• strong horizontal image of precast cladding, relating to the expansive landscape views of AJBP, contrasted by the vertical rhythms of the curtain wall and glass canopy that articulate the entrances;
• expansive glass encircling the entire building without exterior vertical interruption allowing natural daylight to flood the tenant space;
• nearly half the building has floor-to-ceiling windows;
• a dynamic pass through lobby with high-end finishes – stone, stainless steel, ceramic tile, stained bamboo – all reinforcing AJBP’s commitment to sustainable building design and operation, as well as reflecting the high-tech nature of the building; 
• restrooms with dramatically lit stone at the sink area; 
• sustainable landscaping throughout the campus, providing benefits to the environment and assisting tenants with cost-effective utility management; 
• significant attention to conservation and green building – from the setting of the campus and its motto “Working with nature” to the ultra modern high efficiency plumbing fixtures and lighting controls.
